Thursday, President Barack Obama issued an
executive order calling up reserve troops, or National Guard
soldiers, to walk into the danger of Ebola in Africa.
Is sending troops into an epidemic of
death a ploy to pick a fight with white military leaders? Could Obama be trying to be seen as the savior of an African country, with
non-blacks contesting him, just before an election that could totally
cripple him politically?
Obama has been fervently trying to stir
the pot of race-hate politics. He has thrown fire on the Ferguson
shooting of an attacking assailant by a police officer, along with a term-and-a-half of racial politicking.
The Troops for Ebola order is issued as
Obama's CDC has bumbled and fumbled in its responses about the deadly
disease. And two nurses, tending to a now-deceased Liberian, have
contracted Ebola. Obama – or his minions -have implied it's the
nurses fault, even though so much of what his CDC czar said about
Ebola has been proven erroneous.
Obama told Congress of his order today. It reads: "I hereby determine that it is necessary to
augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the
effective conduct of Operation United Assistance, which is providing
support to civilian-led humanitarian assistance and consequence
management support related to the Ebola virus disease outbreak in
West Africa."
The Pentagon said it had no immediate
plans to send reservists or National Guard troops to Africa.
Pentagon officials said the order allows the military to begin
planning to send forces in its overall response.
Should Guard members refuse to go. Should they take Obama to court, and make them go? Any sane American on a jury would rule against Obama in this case.
In the meantime, anyone else have a feeling Obama is not
going to accept the Pentagon's refusal. Is Obama itching for a public black
versus white fight, that the media will eat up, in hopes of driving
race-hate voters to the polls?
