Ban on homosexual marriage upheld in La.

A federal judge upheld Louisiana's ban on homosexual marriage, Wednesday.
Judge Marin Feldman rules that sexual
preference does not entitle the courts the right
to redefine marriage for special interests.
Judge Martin Feldman made the ruling Wednesday in New Orleans just before noon. His ruling is in line with a vast majority of voters. Feldman said Louisiana's ban is constitutional.
The ruling makes Feldman the first federal judge in the US to uphold a state's ban on gay marriage, to the delight of most US citizens,.
Will the media obliterate this judge, as punishment for going against liberal and pop culture dogma?
