Will slick trial lawyers get child murderer off easy on insanity claim?

Is Jones already trying to wiggle off the
hook for killing his five children?
According to a warrant Tim Jones, Jr., who allegedly killed his five children “stated that he believed the children were going to kill him, chop him up, and feed him to the dogs."
The warrant information was released by The Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
Looks like Jones and his trial lawyer are trying to save his life, after he so brutally took the life of his precious children.
Jones' attorney, Aimee Zmroczekbeen, is already claiming Jones has been treated for mental health problems in the past, but she has not presented specifics.
Zmroczekbeen also complained that Jones is being "portrayed as a monster."
Donnie Myers is the solicitor in Lexington County. He has a reputation for being hard on criminals.
He needs to get out ahead of this, and prosecute for a speedy trial, and do not concede anything to slick attorneys trying to pervert justice.
It's sad all the way around. But if Jones is allowed easy consequences, like life, it will lead to more murder.
As it is, multiple killers enjoy cult-hero status to some of the sickest in our society. Severe, unapologetic and quick retribution certainly is a deterrent, even though the left says it is not.
Killing, especially the killing of innocent children, is getting out of hand.

A society that goes light on the evil, is in danger of losing itself to the wicked and evil. This country is certainly to that point.
