Could FSU's Jameis Winston get kicked out of school before eligibility used up?

Jameis Winston, has FSU where
they want to stay. But it's hard to keep
ignoring the behavior.
Jameis Winston is not likely to play a full college career at FSU.
How much more can Winston get away with?
Tuesday, FSU QB and last year's Heisman Trophy winner Winston shouted out (inappropriate) comments of a sexual in nature.
He's being benched for a half versus Clemson Saturday.
And yelling crude or vulgar words is not a necessarily overly harsh offense, but it shows a pattern of a college student who thinks he can do whatever he wants because of who he is.
Winston was accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student in late 2012. That is an extremely serious offense.
Prosecutors declined to file charges in that case, even though the girl presenting the charge quickly went to the police.
According to the New York Times, the Tallahassee Police Department conducted virtually no investigation of the claim against Winston.
In May, Winston admitted taking $32 in crab legs from a grocery store. Virtually nothing happened.
Juxtapose Winston with former Florida recruit Cam Newton. After being arrested for stealing a laptop, Newton violated an honor code (allegedly cheating in academics) and he and the school parted ways. Newton is now in the NFL.
Did the separation from footbal wake up Newton? Will it take a drastic move like dismissal from FSU for Winston to get the message?
Florida State once enjoyed football supremacy. Former Head Coach Bobby Bowden often had the Seminoles in the hunt for a National Championship.
From 1987 to 2000, under Bowden, the Seminoles finished every season with at least 10 wins and in the top 5 of the Associated Press College Football Poll. FSU won the national championship in 1993 and 1999.
Since Bowden's retirement after the 2009 season, the Noles had not had much success. FSU was losing to teams it once dominated. But that changed in 2013, with the arrival of Winston.
An improbable loss by Alabama placed FSU up against a very beatable Auburn team for the National Championship last year, and the Noles won it.
That win broke the SEC's grip on the college football crown, and it was like 1999 all over again for Noles fans.
Winston obviously gets much of the credit for that National Championship. But now FSU fans are presented with the dilemma of overlooking this very character-challenged superstar, or the fear of a possible return to football obscurity.
Florida State will do anything to stay on top. But because Winston has been let off the hook to this point, he is going to do something that takes it out of the university’s hands.
