Is Obama enforcing his own Quartering Act in South Carolina?

Not enough case workers for neglected SC children.
US Border Patrols are fighting a losing
battle when the president is not
following the law.
Has President Barack Obama fired a shot heard “Round the World.?”

The Administration of President Barack Obama is harboring illegal and unaccompanied alien children in South Carolina.
The Quartering Act of 1765 required that the soldiers from Great Britain be lodged in the homes of Americans. The imposition, and taking of freedom, so incensed Americans it was one of the causes for the Revolutionary War.
Has President Barack Obama fired a shot heard “Round the World?”
The children, from Central America, have been told they can stay if they can get to America. And Obama is helping the human traffickers getting paid to bring them.
A federal report reveals that at least 350 children, who showed up at the US-Mexico border to enter our country illegally, are being harbored in South Carolina.
The children, instead of being sent back to their parents, have been sent to stay with "sponsors" in South Carolina. It was not reported whether or not those "sponsors" have been promised government compensation.
In all, more than 30,000 children have been allowed in illegally, nationwide, through July 7, the US HHS Department is reporting.
The federal government is being very secretive about its activity dealing with the harboring of illegals. SC Gov. Nikki Haley's office said federal officials will not provide requested information to the governors of any of the states that Obama is using for quartering.
Officials on the ground have no idea who is being imported into their states, or where the children are, or  what type of person, has them.
South Carolina welfare industry officials claimed on Tuesday they need hundreds more caseworkers just to service children abused or neglected by SC parents.
No additional care providers were mentioned as guardians of  the children Obama has assigned to us for quartering.
