Republicans reject Obama's lenient judge, who aided killers' release

Obama Judge Alison Renee Lee has a "
soft-on-criminals" reputation after
 helping release alleged killers.
US Senators Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham, (both SC Republicans) have rejected a lenient and liberal judge who made it easier for criminals to get back on the streets and kill.

GOP Sen. Tim Scott, of SC
stood up and said: "Not on
my watch" to liberal Obama judge.
Judge Alison Renee Lee lowered the bond of a Columbia man charged with killing Kelly Hunnewell, a mother of four, at her early-morning job in a Columbia bakery. The judge also lessened the bond for an attempted murder prisoner who was later charged with killing a man.
Despite the at-large circuit judge’s egregious errors, President Barack Obama nominated Lee to a federal judge's spot.
The controversy comes as the GOP eyes taking a majority in the US Senate as the Democrat Party's brand suffers the wrath of voters.
Scott said he “continues to have significant concerns about Judge Lee” in explaining why he cannot support her. Scott's and Graham's rejection of Lee come amid fears too many leftist judges act on their political belief system, not the US Constitution, of which they are sworn to uphold.
Liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is known as an leftwing activist, more than a fair judge. She was appointed by Democrat President Bill Clinton, advised officials in Egypt not to use the US Constitution as a model.
Ginsberg, in 2012, told Egypt to look at “South Africa's great piece of work that was done. Much more recent than the US constitution.”
Egypt is gripped in chaos and violent crime since an Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood overthrew the government. South Africa is one of the most-racist and dangerous countries in the world.
